Process
How I work
I start off with defining problem and investigating constraints. I can tailor the design process to a specific context, I prefer to think in “triple diamonds”.

The mindset
Additionally, I approach product design challenges by translating the anticipated impact into necessary shifts in user behavior.
This way of thinking requires answering these:
— What are the goals and what metrics?
— What is the intended user behavior?
— What are the obstacles, users’ desires, needs that prevent users from the intended behavior?
— How to change the product design to promote the change in user behavior?
Improvement initiatives
Iterating on product
Product needs to scale
Customer problems
Business needs
New ideas
Signals about new challenge
My design principles
Communicate visually
Unite teams and people through visual representation and rapid prototyping.
Build the right thing
Begin with user needs, product purpose, context, and constraints.
Less is more
Simplify and remove needless parts by applying systems thinking.
Make unbreakable designs
Make sure to have things designed for exploration and impossible to mis-tap.
